Q1: Why some channels don't work?
A1: 1).Please make sure you have connected to Internet first.
       2).Please also make sure you have installed the last version of Microsoft Media Player and RealPlayer.
Q2: Why I need Microsoft Media Player and RealPlayer?
A2: Internet TV & Radio Player uses Windows Media Player and RealPlayer's codec to present the television and radio signals. After installing Microsoft Media Player and RealPlayer ,then you can install Internet TV & Radio Player.
Q3: How to exit Full Screen mode?
A3: To exit Full Screen mode, please use the [ESC] ("escape") key on your keyboard or double click full windows.
Q4: Why some channel's image quality is poor and not continuity?
A4: The picture quality  dependents on the output of the station broadcasting. Video will not look comparable to normal TV unless the station broadcasts at a high rate (>150k). You must also have a fast enough connection to view a high speed station.
Q5: Is your online order form secure?
A5: All credit card data is transmitted using secure (encrypted) HTTP protocol according to the current SSL standard.
